Lovely antique French Louis Philippe mirror with ebonised frame and simple and elegant inner beading detail. It features an original mercury plate with some beautiful foxing. Original wooden slats on the back.

CONDITION NOTE:
Some losses and areas of wear to frame, most notably to bottom corners and edges. Some hints of older gold layers underneath. Signs of ageing to the mercury mirror plate with some foxing, a bit of wear and the odd light scratch. As with all of our antique mirrors we have given this mirror a precautionary woodworm treatment. Please see photos for details.
