Rare Arras plant stand with lovely, aged white paint and weathered patina. Dating to circa 1900, this plant stand has the beautiful ornate detailing  typical of Arras, including the signature hoof feet. Suitable for a strapped or wire basket/jardiniere top or even a small tabletop.
