Antique French Bistro Table with Lion Paw Feet

A stylish original French bistro table with polished white heavy-gauge marble/opaline top and copper/brass banding. The banding is  stamped by the maker 'CHARLIONAIS & POURAILLY TOULOUSE LYON', a renowned supplier of these tables to bars, cafes and restaurants at the beginning of the 20th century. The table has a lovely cast tripod base with three decorative oversized lion paw feet.

CONDITION NOTE:
The table is in original condition, with allover ageing and wear and tear. There are some surface scratches, stains and marks to the top. There is some misshaping, some dents, imperfections and a split to the metal banding, and some verdigris. There is a bit of movement where the top has slid slightly off the metal band it sits on and has dropped by a few millimetres creating a small gap between the band and the top in places. The table is strong and stable and would be suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Please refer to photos.
