Large British Panel-Stitched WW2 Union Jack Flag

Very large, WW2 era, traditional Union Jack flag. This is a fine example, constructed of rough wool and linen (sackcloth) and panel-stitched, with a nicely aged appearance and lovely overall colouration. 

This flag bears its original "2 1/2 Yd" factory stamp and original rope and wooden toggle. 

The perfect size for draping in a large space, it measures:

Length: 214 cm

CONDITION NOTE:
The flag is in good condition overall for its age, with expected light signs of ageing and use, including some marks, areas of wear/holes and imperfections throughout. Retains a lovely, strong colouration overall. Please see photos for details.
