ARTIST BIO

Lars Bertil Bertle, born July 17, 1925 in Helsingborg, is a Swedish artist. Bertle started painting after a long professional career in 1968. He was self-taught and made some study trips in northern Europe. His art consists of still lifes , figures with people in motion and landscape images often in winter garb. Bertle is represented at the Helsingborg Museum , the State Art Council, Gothenburg Art Museum, Malmö Museum, Landskrona Museum and in several municipalities.
